Renowned chef and restaurateur Doug Robson is adding to his line of restaurants in Phoenix. Tesota is the newest addition to Robson's Phoenix operations, which include Gallo Blanco and Otro Cafe. 

The restaurant opened at the corner of Camelback Road and Third Avenue in the former Southern Rail space. Jared Porter is leading the charge as head chef, offering a menu different from Robson's prior Mexican-inspired dishes. Tesota's menu boasts an international approach featuring Asian-inspired items such as yakisoba and Japanese eggplants, mixed with a variety of pizzas and burgers.
