Last Chance: Enter Our Student Photo Contest by Friday

The deadline to enter our student nature photography contest, co-sponsored with The Nature Conservancy and Cox Communications, is almost here.

The Adventures in Nature Photography Contest features $10,000 in cash prizes, including $5,000 for first place. Additionally, the top three winners will receive a workshop from Arizona Highways Photo Workshops. It's open to amateur student photographers ages 13 to 18 (with their parents' permission).

The focus of the contest is nature. From the official rules: "Subject matter may include people out in nature, plants, animals, landscapes, etc. Buildings, man-made architecture and other human-built products should not be the main subject matter in photo submissions."
