Back in the 1880s, a need to transport mining ore from Globe to Flagstaff led one company to attempt to drill a tunnel through Arizona's high country. The plan was abandoned due to a lack of funding, but today, the unfinished tunnel remains. We're looking for the name of the escarpment where it's located.
