The Foundations of an Ancient Society

Despite the name of this site, what's pictured here isn't what's left of an ancient department store. Instead, it's the remnants of a fortification first occupied by the Hohokam people nearly 1,000 years ago. If you need another hint, this site is close to a town that's known for its giant sundial.
