THE FOGGIEST IDEA

Share:
When water vapor condenses, fog appears. Technically, molecules of water vapor are combining to make tiny liquid water droplets that hang in the air. There are many types of fog, including sea fog, valley fog, ground fog, advection fog and freezing fog. In Arizona, the most common forms of fog are radiation and precipitation. It''s rare -- our state averages fewer than 5.5 dense fog days per year -- but when it does show up, the fog adds a beautiful layer to an already beautiful landscape. A Portfolio Edited by Jeff Kida
