WHERE IS THIS?

WHERE IS THIS? What on Earth?
This isn't the view from a spacecraft approaching a distant planet - it's snow on the surface of a well-known Northern Arizona structure. Built in the 1970s, the structure is one of the highest-elevation venues of its kind in the United States, and it's named for a prominent figure in higher education.
