WHERE IS THIS? Where's the Beef?

This lonely bovine, which sits atop a weathered sign for a cattle ranch, can be found along a stretch of a historic road that recently was featured in Arizona Highways. We're looking for the name of the present-day road, but there's more history a few miles away, in a city known for a hotel that's more than 110 years old.
